East Ultimate

I talked with the coach of PS1, the team we're playing tomorrow. Most of their High school students are away currently. Most of their team is going to be middle school kids. Not exactly the game we're looking for. Instead, we're going to have a joint practice.

I've long been a believer that one of the best ways to learn is to teach. And we're going to put that to the test tomorrow. We're going to run some drills and work with these kids a bit. Why would we help middle school kids associated with another school? My bet is that we'll get more out of it than they do. Be there at 3:15. We'll get some work in ourselves first. PS1 will be there at 4 or so. Come ready to teach!

It looks like the weather will cooperate this time. Get the word out. We've been having some great numbers at practice for the last week as the weather's getting better. We can always handle more. If you have a friend who's been thinking of coming out, Monday will be the day.
