East Ultimate is a co-ed high school Ultimate Frisbee team based in Denver, Colorado. Most of its members are from East High School (hence the name), although a good number also come from Denver School of the Arts. I'd go into passionate rhetoric here about how Ultimate was invented by hippies, so it's a relaxed, self-governed sport with none of the bullshit politics and headache that come with the more established sports, and how East embraces that spirit for the most part, but it's 3:30AM, so you'll have to live with that for now.

Here's the weekly practice schedule:

Monday: unofficial and optional jog/throw practice -- 1 hour maximum
Tuesday: Practice 3:15-6:00
Wednesday: Practice: 3:15-6:00
Thursday: Team conditioning practice -- 3:30-4:30
